The surgeons in the Helen Elliott Enterprises, Inc. network are all Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. They are pre-screened to meet the highest qualifications in their field. Each surgeon has agreed to provide your consultation free of charge for our clients, in an effort to ensure that your surgical procedure is performed by a Board Certified Specialist and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

- Why should I call you instead of using the phone book or Internet?
We have extensive knowledge of the backgrounds of the doctors we match you with. With your Personal Profile, we can select several doctors for you to consult with that have the expertise and skills that you seek. We match your needs to the doctor’s specialty, which will prevent you from wasting your time and money on multiple visits to the wrong doctors.
- With the information highway and all of the websites and message boards out there, couldn’t I just do the research myself?
Yes, however, it can become very confusing & frustrating when you are not familiar with the cosmetic surgery field. Use Caution With Online Message Boards. Whatever you read -- good or bad -- should be taken with a BIG grain of salt. It is an anonymous forum with many different people with different motives for posting. Some may genuinely want to help others, some may be trying to persuade others with their own agenda. Many “Public Message Boards” Discussion Communities” or “Support Forums” that are so popular today can be a great resource of information, it is just that individual’s opinion. What works for one person, may not be ideal for your specific needs.

- How Do I Become a Client of HEE, Inc.?
Just call us toll free: (888) 433-9091 or direct: (310) 285-0771 to begin the process. We will then assess your needs by taking your personal profile. Once we have this profile, we will design your Appointments and notify you with a letter, detailing all of the pertinent information that your will need for your consultation appointment. A Helen Elliott team member will meet you at your consultation appointment with your permission. It is our “Personal Touch.”
- Is this REALLY a “no-charge” Guidance Service?
Yes, we are an information resource for the consumer. A delicate process calls for personal attention, compassion and confidentiality. We want to make you feel as comfortable as possible during the entire process. We take the time to guide each client individually, so that your individual needs are the first factor to be taken into consideration.
- So you’re a free Guidance Service, how does your business make money?

- Will my appointment really be a “no-charge” Consultation Appointment?
Yes, we assure you that your Consultation Appointment will be absolutely complimentary and at no charge to you. Your Consultation Appointment will indeed be face-to-face with the doctor that you are interviewing.
- I do not want to be persuaded by “sales people”, I just want to see some doctors and find a great one, how can you reassure me that I wont be pressured or obligated?
We are not an expensive surgeon liaison or image consultant for hire! A lot of Consultants get a bad rep. We are a Hospitality Guidance Service to assist you in finding your right direction. The decision whether to undergo a procedure, is yours. The ultimate choice is yours. We make no Medical Judgments
The Doctors:- Are your Plastic Surgeons Board Certified?
The surgeons in the Helen Elliott Enterprises, Inc. network are all Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. They are pre-screened to meet the highest qualifications in their field. Each surgeon has agreed to provide your consultation free of charge for our clients, upon your verbal confirmation.
- That’s great, but how will I know if a doctor has the kind of experience I am looking for?
This is where The Helen Elliott Team comes in. We open the door for you to freely visit with, consider and choose your “Dr. Right”. As a Client of H.E.E., Inc., your consultation fees are waived, freeing you from the preliminary financial constraints of searching for your “Dr. Right”, allowing you take in the subtle cues or gut feelings that tell you that you are on the right track. We ease you into the process with many options and choices.
We have extensive information about the doctor's credentials: Pay attention to where your doctor received his or her training, but don't stress over it or let yourself be too easily overwhelmed. While lots of certificates on the wall may look reassuring, they may say little more than the artwork does about a surgeon's current skills (plus many of the most "impressive" certificates can be bought by simply paying annual dues). Just because your surgeon is smart, by the way, doesn't mean he's dexterous or has a refined sense of taste. Just because he graduated from Harvard Medical School thirty years ago doesn't mean he's kept up to date. Board Certification in an appropriate specialty (Plastic Surgery, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, ENT) should be expected, but be aware that even this says little about a surgeon's current level of skill.
We have investigated all of our doctor’s backgrounds and Reputations and pre-screened them as a service to you. It takes hard work and years of experience to earn a great reputation in the surgical field, it takes hard work and years of experience to know which doctor’s have these great reputations as well.
- Do your doctors pay you for referring clients to them?
Absolutely not. This is why we offer our clients options and choices, so that you can find a doctor you feel comfortable with, without any pressure or obligation. We want you to choose the doctor that is right for you. We make NO decisions for the consumer.
- How do I know if the doctor is right for the procedure I am looking for?
The Doctor will allocate time out of his or her busy schedule to be there for you at your scheduled Consultation Appointment. The doctor will take the time to seriously listen to your concerns and then answer your questions. The doctor will explain the benefits risks, complications of the procedure and show you before and after photos of their work upon your request.
- Do you have financing options available through your Guidance Service?
Yes, we have many different financing options available. Thousands have financed their, cosmetic, cosmetic dental work and surgical procedures through our finance companies. - I am not sure if I can afford the Surgical Procedure I want, can your service still help me?
The application requirements for most financing companies are:
- That You are least 21 years old
- You are Currently Employed
- Sufficient income, (you earn a minimum gross income of $2,000.00 per month)
- You are able to prove your income with a pay stub, W2 form, or a tax return proving your monthly income.
- I am not sure if my credit is in good standing. Can I get approved for financing if my credit is not in good standing?
In most cases, if you have bad credit or no credit, you will need a Co-Signer or Co-Applicant to apply with you to. (A Co-Applicant Must be a family member, currently employed with a minimum, gross monthly-earned income of $2,000.00.)
- Why don’t you have before and after pictures on your website?
We are not doctors. We have a vast database of highly skilled surgeons in every specialty that will be able to show you their work. During your consultation appointment, the doctor will show you photos of his work at your request. This ensures that the doctor can also thoroughly explain questions you may have and walk you through the before and after photos.
